Process of delivery
Shipping
• Goods purchased from Monday to Friday before 10am are dispatched usually on the same day,
and ones after 12pm are dispatched within 24 hours (1 working day).
• No cancellations are allowed once goods are dispatched.
• If delivery is delayed because of shortage of goods etc, customers will be informed via email.
Delivery
• The delivery is carried out by Galliker Transport AG.

• The shipping cost is CHF 150.- for less than CHF 1'500.- of purchase, and CHF 0.- for CHF 2'000.- or more of purchase.
