The prices are only visible to customers who have been verified and activated by us.


Is it possible to collect my order myself?

As a rule, shipment is planned. In special cases, however, an appointment can be made for collection from the warehouse.

How do I receive my goods?

We ship your goods temperature-controlled and palletized with Galliker Transport AG.


How long will it take to process and deliver my order?

Orders that we receive before midday are generally processed on the same day and delivered the next day.


Is stock delivery possible?

Stock delivery is available for an additional charge. Please contact us about this or leave a message with your order.


Is the delivery day freely selectable?

In principle, we deliver every order that we receive before midday the next day. Please contact us or leave us a message if you have a preferred delivery date.


Is delivery free of charge?

We ship orders in the same temperature zone free of charge for orders over CHF 1,000. You can find additional information under shipping conditions.


Payment options
How can I pay for my order?

After we have shipped your goods, you will receive an invoice from us by e-mail. We ask you to pay the invoice on time.


Is it possible to purchase on account?

New customers must pay in advance for the first three orders. For further orders we allow purchase on account.
